HOW CAN I BECOME A REGISTERED MEMBER OF YOUR WEBSITE?
At the right side top of our Home page, click on Log In/Register, then click on Create An Account. Read the form completely, then fill out the form,being sure to provide the required store address or URL to a website that can be viewed and is dedicated to fashion. We are happy to look at a pre-launch mock-up of a website that has product loaded. I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT. DO I HAVE TO SUPPLY A WHOLESALE TAX ID?
No. Put anything you want in that space on the registration form.
DOES YOUR COMPANY ALLOW YOUR CLOTHING TO BE SOLD ON AMAZON, EBAY, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM?
Yes. However, websites must be dedicated to fashion to be considered for approval. We also check every website that wants to sell 19 Cooper to confirm that the quality of the site and of the clothing offered on the site matches our brand image.
WILL THE PRICE I AM CHARGED INCLUDE BROKERAGE & CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES?
No. Knowing about and paying any fees or taxes is your responsibility
WILL THE PACKAGE YOU SEND MY CUSTOMER HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE ITEM INCLUDED?

WHAT TERMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
For U.S. and Canada orders, we accept AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD or WIRE TRANSFERS. Orders billed to an international address have WIRE TRANSFER payment options.
I DO NOT WANT THE BILLING ADDRESS FROM MY ORDER USED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL MY CUSTOMER WILL SEE. HOW CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT ADDRESS BE USED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL?
Because of the way all shipping companies work, the address on the label must be our warehouse address so shipping cost can be accurately figured. Unless you request otherwise, we will use the company name in the billing address of the order along with our warehouse address on the label. If you want a different name than the one in the order billing address, please put your request with the company name you want on the label in Special Comments. Special Comments is available on the shipping page during checkout.
DOES 19 COOPER OFFER A WAY TO SYNC MY WEBSITE`S INVENTORY WITH 19 COOPER` ACTUAL INVENTORY?

ARE THE PRICES FOR PRE- PACKS OR SINGLE ITEMS?
The prices are for one single unit, not pre- packs. Pre- packs are normally 6 units per pre-pack ( 1 XS, 2 S, 2 M, 1 L )
DO I NEED TO BUY A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF UNITS?
Yes. Minimum order is 1 pre- pack or 6 units.
WHERE IS YOUR CLOTHING MADE?
Primarily in China, Korea, Vietnam and the U.S.
CAN I USE YOUR IMAGES ON MY SITE?
Yes. We encourage you to use our product and promotional images on your site.
MAY I USE THE SAME STYLE NAME AND DESCRIPTION THAT IS ON THE 19 COOPER WEBSITE?
Yes.

MAY I USE MY OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT?
Yes. One of the shipping choices offered at checkout is "Use My Own Freight Forwarder/Account". This ship method mentions that you must write your shipping account information in the Special Comments field, which is on the shipping choice page during checkout.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We cannot estimate shipping costs or arrival times. Cost depends on weight, where the package is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen at checkout. Please use the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. websites to estimate shipping costs and times.

WHEN DO YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR PRE-ORDER OR BACKORDER ITEMS?
We charge when we ship. When the order is submitted, the card issuing bank receives an authorization request for a charge, they confirm that the card number is valid and verify that there are available funds to cover the requested amount. If the funds are available, the card issuing bank will reserve the funds, and return an authorization code that allows us to claim the funds when we ship. As a result, the held funds may be subtracted from the customer's available balance, and an online statement may show the authorization request (not a settled charge), which might be mistaken for an actual charge. Most card issuing banks will remove authorizations within 3-7 days if they are not claimed for settlement.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Any return of merchandise has to be agreed upon in advance and a RA number has to be issued. A store credit is then issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice issue.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
All return requests must be made in writing. Please fax or email us your return request, noting the style number, the reason for the return, the name of your customer that we shipped to, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed before 2 PM PST normally ship the same day.
