RETURN POLICY
Orders for sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
A written claim for shortage or damage must be made within one week of receipt of the style.
A written claim for dissatisfaction for any other reason must be made within 30 days of receipt of the style.
Return and exchange requests for non-sale merchandise are accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. A RA number will be issued in such cases but you will be responsible for return freight. Please Fax: 213-745-7699 or Email:info@19cooper.com
After the return arrives in our warehouse, we will issue a store credit, refund your credit card or ship an exchange, depending on what you requested.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship primarily via UPS or FedEx and charge you for the shipment unless instructed otherwise.
